Christian Razon Gonzalez, age 38,
Filipino

Christian Razon Gonzalez was appointed as President Commissioner of the company in January 2013. Mr. Gonzalez is also Vice-President and General Manager of MICT. Prior to this, he was the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of MICTSL, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICTSI, which operates the port in Toamasina, Madagascar.

From 1997 when he first joined the Group, Mr. Gonzalez worked in various

Operations departments before being appointed Assistant Manager for Special Projects of ICTSI Ltd., ICTSI’s foreign projects subsidiary. He was named MICT Operations Manager in 2003. In 2006, he was designated Chief Operating Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of MICTSL. In 2009, Mr. Gonzalez was appointed Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of ICTSI Foundation, Inc. In 2010, he was designated Director of Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. and The Country Club. In 2012, Mr. Gonzalez was appointed as the Head of ICTSI’s Business Development for Asia region. He is currently the President of BIPI, Chairman of the Board of SBITC, and a Director of ICTSI Subic, DIPSSCOR, MICTSI, ICTSI (India) Private Ltd., YRDICTL and HIPS, and President Commissioner of the Company.

Mr. Gonzalez is a graduate of Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) Business School, the graduate school of management of the University of Navarra, in Barcelona, Spain, where he received his Bilingual Masters in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in California.

 

Rafael Dela Cruz Consing, Jr., age 44,
Filipino

Rafael Dela Cruz Consing, Jr. was appointed as Commissioner of the company in January 2013. Mr. Consing was appointed as Vice President and Treasurer of ICTSI in April 2007.
Concurrently, he is a Director B of ICTSI Capital B.V., and Director A of Royal
Capital B.V. and ICON Logistiek, B.V. and a member of the Board of Directors of the following ICTSI subsidiaries: DIPSSCOR, MICTSI, SBITC, PT MTS, ICTSI Far East Pte, Ltd., Hijo International Port Services, Inc. (HIPS), SBITHI, ICTSI Subic

Inc., Cordilla Properties Holdings, Inc., ICTSI Africa, and Commissioner of the Company.

From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Consing assumed various roles at HSBC, a global commercial banking firm, starting as Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets for the Philippines, and subsequently for South East Asia based in Singapore. His last position was Managing Director and Head of the Financing Solutions Group, Asia Pacific. In these various roles, he became involved in a number of highly strategic and situational financing and advisory activities including acquisition and leveraged finance, debt capital markets, and credit ratings and capital advisory. Mr. Consing similarly held other positions in investment banking with Bankers Trust NY / Deutsche Bank and ING Barings. In 1993 to 1995, he was Vice-President and Treasurer of Aboitiz & Company, Inc. and Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. He started his career at Multinational Investment Bancorporation in June 1989.

Mr. Consing received an A.B. Degree from De La Salle University, Manila.
 

Albertus Sumardi, age 73,
Indonesian

Mr. Sumardi was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company in May 2012. Presently, he is also a Senior Port Consultant of PT Diagram - Port System &
Engineering Consultant, and Chairman of Indonesian Port Expert Association.

Previously, he served as Managing Director of PT Pelindo IV Makassar (1988-1998), Technical Director of PT Pelindo I Medan (1973-1988). From 1998-2002, he handled different positions as Commissioner, Managing Director of PT Pelindo III

Surabaya, President Commissioner of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. He was a member of Asean Ports Association (1985-2001), and International Association of
Ports & Harbors (1993-2003).

Mr. Sumardi graduated from Gadjah Mada University in 1964, with a degree in Bachelor of Science, major in Civil Engineering.
